What PHP Is
Structure and Stability, Without Stepping Away From Home
PHP is our highest level of outpatient care: a Christ-centered, evidence-based program for people who need more structure and support than a part-time schedule can offer. Treatment draws on the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), a trauma-informed approach that treats the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, rather than just symptoms.
There's no fixed curriculum. Group topics shift to match what you're actually facing: substance use, emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, shame, identity, coping skills, and relapse prevention.
What's Included
A Full Clinical Day, Built Around You
Group Therapy
NARM-based, trauma-informed sessions with emotional check-ins, guided reflection, and skill building, shaped by what the group is facing that week.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions for deeper work on your history, relationships, patterns, and goals, applying what comes up in group to daily life.
Family Therapy
Sessions that rebuild trust and communication, and help loved ones set healthier boundaries and understand the recovery process.
Medication Management
Weekly check-ins with a Nurse Practitioner to monitor your health and medications, with referrals to psychiatric providers when needed.
Enrichment
Weekly yoga and guest speakers supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being beyond the clinical day.
Continuum of Care
You're Never Locked Into One Plan
PHP is one step in a longer process. As you stabilize, your care team may step you down to Daytime IOP, Evening IOP, our Virtual Program, or outpatient therapy, with individual and family sessions available throughout.
