Frequently Asked Questions

Everything families ask us before making a decision, organized so you can find your question fast.

Getting Started

How do I get started?

Reach out by phone or through our contact form for a confidential pre-assessment. Most first calls are returned within one business day.

Do I need to complete detox before joining?

Some people need medical detox or brief stabilization first. Our team coordinates directly with local hospitals and detox centers to make that transition smooth.

Can I call on behalf of someone I love?

Yes. Many first calls come from a spouse, parent, or close friend trying to help someone else take the first step.

Program & Treatment

What is IOP?

A structured program of clinical and spiritual support for people living at home or in sober living, with several sessions a week.

Who is IOP designed for?

People who've completed detox or residential care and need consistent support without round-the-clock supervision.

What's the weekly schedule?

Three weekdays, late afternoon or early evening, built to fit around work, school, or family.

What therapies do you use?

A blend of evidence-based and faith-based care: group counseling, EMDR, somatic and attachment-based work, expressive arts, music therapy, and worship.

What does "holistic recovery" mean here?

Treating body, mind, and spirit together: clinical therapy, nervous-system regulation work, and faith-based renewal, side by side.

What happens after I finish the program?

You leave with a continuing-care plan: referrals, community resources, and a path for ongoing therapy or faith-based support.

What outcomes do clients typically see?

Beyond sobriety: emotional stability, restored relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose and faith.

How do you handle a relapse or setback?

With compassion, not shame. Our team helps clients re-engage quickly, strengthen their support system, and rebuild momentum.

Faith

How is faith integrated into treatment?

Prayer, Scripture, worship, and reflection are part of the rhythm here, never required, always offered.

Can I attend if I'm new to or exploring Christianity?

Yes. Wherever you are in your faith journey, you're welcome here. No prior belief required.

Family

How are families involved in the process?

Through education sessions, workshops, and counseling focused on communication, healthy boundaries, and rebuilding trust.
