What IOP Is
Recovery That Fits Around Your Responsibilities
IOP is a structured, Christ-centered program for people who want to build recovery while staying engaged in daily life: work, family, relationships, and the responsibilities that don't pause. Care is trauma-informed and draws on the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) alongside evidence-based treatment, addressing the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.
There's no fixed curriculum. Group topics shift to match what you're actually facing: emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, shame, identity, coping patterns, and relapse prevention.
